Aqua Head Spa is a quiet, intentionally designed luxury head spa in Kelowna, created for deep relaxation, self-care, and meaningful time to unwind. Inspired by Japanese head spa rituals and Ayurvedic practices, our treatments are thoughtfully crafted to support scalp health, nourish the hair, and gently calm the nervous system.
Our space is intentionally warm, welcoming, and unhurried. Inviting guests to slow down, rest deeply, and take a genuine pause from everyday demands. Conversation is always welcome, yet many come seeking stillness, a place where the mind can quiet and the body can simply be.
Founded by our family with the support and experience of our sister business, Green Heaven Massage, Aqua Head Spa was brought to life by us (sisters: Viki and Greta) with a shared vision of intentional care. Our approach is gentle, personal, and deeply calming, using carefully selected natural products that are safe for both our clients and for us as practitioners. Each treatment is a unique blend of techniques we have developed together, combining head spa rituals, acupressure, and sensory relaxation into our own signature experience. All within a space designed for comfort, connection, and genuine care.

About US
We are Viki and Greta, sisters and the heart behind Aqua Head Spa.
Raised by highly skilled parents educated in holistic healing, we grew up with a deep respect for intentional touch, natural care, and the importance of balance in everyday life. Those early influences shaped our shared approach to wellness. One rooted in presence, gentleness, and genuine human connection.
Before co-creating Aqua Head Spa, Viki spent years working in the fast-paced yachting industry, an experience that revealed how essential rest, grounding, and nervous system care truly are. Living in constant motion created a longing to slow down, return to our roots, and create a life centered around family, flexibility, while staying close to her element, the water.
As the younger sister, Greta witnessed the intensity and challenges of adult life early on and chose a more mindful path, learning from others’ experiences and staying true to our family values.
Together, we built a career that offers freedom, balance, and the ability to help others soften, unwind, and feel supported in an increasingly demanding world.

OUR policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling
To ensure availability for all clients and to respect the time reserved specifically for you, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% service fee.
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notice ("no-shows") will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
Late Arrivals
A 10-minute grace period is provided. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. In some cases, the appointment may need to be cancelled and the applicable cancellation fee may apply.
Right to Refuse Service
Aqua Head Spa is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for both clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases of inappropriate, abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior.

At this time, we do not offer services for clients with hair extensions.
what is your cancellation policy?
To ensure a seamless experience for all clients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments adjusted within this time frame will incur a 50% service charge. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
can i receive a head spa treatment if i'm pregnant?
Yes and no. Keep in mind, your comfort might vary depending on which trimester you're in, especially with sensitivity and mobility changes. We are able to tailor the treatment to your needs, ensuring gentle pressure, natural products, and avoiding excess heat and strong scents and fragrances. Feel free to message us, and we’ll discuss all the details in private before booking your treatment.
How do I book an appointment?
You can easily book through our website by selecting your preferred treatment in our online booking system. If you prefer, we’re also happy to book it for you via text message. Please note that a 50% deposit via e-transfer is required to confirm the appointment.
How can i purchase a gift certificate?

Is gratuity included in the price?
Gratuity is not included in our service pricing; however, it is graciously appreciated at your discretion.
